Mr. Ramakrishna, our esteemed director, envisions India as a nation rapidly advancing towards world-class infrastructure, on par with established global benchmarks. His mission is to make a transformative impact by introducing cutting-edge infrastructure that aligns seamlessly with international standards.

With a visionary outlook, Mr. Ramakrishna is committed to fostering partnerships with leading organizations to develop expansive, sustainable townships. He is a firm believer in the power of collaboration, viewing it as a catalyst to expedite project timelines. What might require a decade to accomplish independently, he is confident can be achieved in just five years with the right synergy, underscoring his belief that time is a critical asset. His guiding principle is that India should not fall behind in progress. A true entrepreneur, Mr. Ramakrishna is equally invested in personal growth and the advancement of his state and nation. Embracing calculated risks, they launched Pleasure Spaces in 2016. Under his leadership, the firm completed its first successful project, Pebble Creek, in 2021, followed by the customizable Oliver Villas in 2022, the plotted Nirvana development in 2023, and, most recently, the Grape Garden project in 2024.

A lifelong learner, Mr. Ramakrishna has a passion for travel and building meaningful connections. His enthusiasm for sports and fitness reflects his vibrant energy; he is proficient in kho kho, cricket, basketball, and badminton, sports he enjoyed throughout his education.

Originally from Narasaraopet in Guntur, Andhra Pradesh, Mr. Ramakrishna completed his schooling and graduation locally before earning an MBA in 2002 from RVR and JC College of Engineering in Guntur. He launched his career in Hyderabad as a sales executive in 2002, working with companies like Cipla, AOL Financial Holdings, and ICICI Bank. Transitioning to the software sector, he joined Bhirgus Software Private Limited as an SAP consultant in 2007 and later moved to ATOS as an SAP principal consultant and team lead from 2011 to 2015. His enduring passion for architecture and spatial design ultimately inspired him to establish Pleasure Spaces India, which has flourished under his visionary guidance.
